~~Banana & Cloves: Our deliciously refreshing hefeweizen is back.~~

THREE TIMES A DAY - CZECH STYLE PILSNER (4.7%)

Mashed with 100% Virginia-grown Czech style malted barley, then coupled with a traditional decoction mash schedule. Hopped in the kettle with all Michigan-grown Saaz hops before a cold and patient fermentation with Czech yeast.

MED PILS - MEDITERRANEAN STYLE PILSNER (5%)

A homage to Mediterranean/Italian style beer, brewed with malt grown in Italy and North Carolina, then dry hopped with Slovenian- grown Styrian Dragon hops. Incredibly quenching with a crisp finish. Salute!

SOOT FOOT - SMOKED LAGER (5%)

Cherry wood smoked lager with a touch of lotus hops. Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

SUN & LIFE - MEXICAN STYLE LAGER (4%)

Brewed with North Carolina grown malts and malted heirloom bloody butcher corn. Pairs great with a lime!

THE HAYES - HAZY IPA (8%)

The Hayes you know and love! Our flagship hazy, juicy IPA.

HOLLER ECHOES - APPALACHIAN IPA (6%)

North Carolina malts brewed with Azacca hops in the kettle and an Enigma dry-hopping.

WHOOP WHOOP (11%)

Brewed with Riverbend and Epiphany malts from North Carolina and fermented with lager yeast at elevated temperatures. Charged with hefty dose of Carolina Rye and a dry hopping of Zappa and Lotus.

LAUGHING WATER - SELTZER (5.5%)

Dark, sweet cherries and heaps of lime juice give this hard seltzer a sonic boom of flavor. One sip and you'll be dusting off your roller skates!

INTERDIMENSIONAL CUSTOMS - BERLINER WEISSE STYLE ALE (4.3%)

This sour is a simple portal to pleasure via North Carolina malt, a gentile kettle souring, and Galaxy hops.

SAISON I - FARMHOUSE STYLE ALE (6%)

This lovely Belgian farmhouse style was co-fermented alongside Chilean Cabernet franc. Tastefully dry and super refreshing after a long day in the sun.

SAISON II - FARMHOUSE STYLE ALE (7.3%)

This saison was primarily brewed with spelt and co-fermented on South African Chenin Blanc grape juice with three yeast strains and a touch of South African Southern Passion hops.

LATE NIGHT LUAU - FRUITED SOUR ALE (6%)

A North Carolina malt composure consisting of wheat, oats, and 2-row. After a dry fermentation, further conditioning and infusion was had upon dark cherry, tangerine, pineapple, apple, and guava fruits with a hefty addition of Indonesian vanilla beans and flaked coconut.

FOG DELAY - ENGLISH STYLE DARK MILD (3.8%)

Brewed using the parti-gale method, a second running brew of our imperial stout grains provided us with a light but not too light, dark but not too dark, highly quaffable beer.

FOG DELAY (BARREL AGED) - ENGLISH STYLE DARK MILD (3.8%)

Nitro carbonation and several months of cold conditioning in a freshly dumped rum cask round off the edges of this already smooth, easy-drinking beer.

IPSWICH PORTER - ENGLISH STYLE PORTER (4.2%)

Suitable for all occasions! An easy drinking, robust porter brewed with North Carolina malts using UK inspired traditional brewing methods. Cheers!
